Every shoot, participant, date, location, media use and publication plan requires the owner’s advance written approval. No visitor, model or production activity is permitted without authorization. Social posting and audience exposure are optional and never guaranteed.

DESIGNATED RESIDENT STEWARD
The Resident Is Introduced and Approved Before Any Arrangement
Each arrangement is coordinated through Vavoom Private Property Stewardship. For the current winter program, the proposed resident steward is Luke Battiloro, a U.S.-based entrepreneur, researcher and luxury-brand founder. The homeowner receives identification and professional information, has an opportunity to assess compatibility, and approves the designated resident before signing any agreement.
